    Hey guys,

Running another open day on April 12th from 1-4

Just a chance for people to come out and see what we do. There'll be people around to help you with technique, put you through a workout and explain our approach to fitness.

Anyone and everyone are welcome. Directions are on our site at www.crossfit.ie/location

We've had great fun at the last few with "head-to-head" workouts between friends to build a bit of friendly competition and banter into the day.

If anyone has any queries please give me a shout on 086-8151092 or email info at crossfit dot ie

    Col

    Hi Colm,

Just a few questions about crossfit

How many people are there on average in a Group session? Does 1 hour take into account warm up?

Do you have any members who drive from around Cabinteely , Louglinstown? I would like to have a rough idea as to how long it would take to drive taking into account rush hour traffic.

I might pop up some time, you were a good jitz teacher and I'm looking for some decent instruction on form.

    Hey Cuddlesworth,

I have stopped going because I have to start Triathlon training but I used to go on mondays and wednesday night, from Carrickmines, exit just after cherrywood, it used to take me 15 minutes comfortably so I left at 10 past 8 to be there for 8,

For anyone else reading this I found it great, I am fundamentally not that good at pushing myself, but found that the competition of having a mate or two there I worked alot harder and saw results very very quickly with only 2 classes a week,

get Colm to do the tyre whacking challenge...... Its great craic and good for some friendly banter,

I have a log with some pictures and its all attributed to these classes and some minor diet changes,

    Thanks gabgab.

    Cuddlesworth,
Class size can vary, but we get a warm up, discussion on what the focus of the workout is, technical instruction and practice in, as well as some humour in in the hour. Occasionally we'll run over time if the workout is long or whatever.
