    Physio tells me I over-pronate.

do circuit training and about 10-15 miles a week running and about the same cycling

To what shoe should I change [ or should I change ? ]

any info helpful [ happy with ASICS though ]

Kayanos are designed for people who are over-pronators afaik. So no real need to change your shoe. Did you ask the physio what runners you should be wearing?

Does this mean they have a high arch? I tend to overpronate to and it's tough on my arches. i need a shoe with a high arch.
Are there any specialist running shops in Dublin?

There's a pile of threads on here on that topic. One that gets mentioned a lot is Amphibian King in Bray, another is Runways in Parnell Street. Both do gait analysis to help find the correct runner for each person.
