    Has anybody used this site:
    www.fitday.com

basically I am trying to log my calorie / protein / carb intake. Just wondering is their an easier way to do it.
So for example, if their is a meal I have often, do I always have to add in the individual ingredients every day, or can I group them into a meal.
Or if you know an easier way, fill me in.

    Thanks,
    H2DC.

No fit day saves them and you can re use them ! there is a drop down arrow which says "add recent " once you have added them once they will always be there ! I have used a couple of these sites and I think this is the best !

You can also add in any foods you eat regularly and know the calories of to Custom foods. American meat tends to be higher fat and calories than a similar cut of Irish meat.

One thing, I think their calculation of daily calorie requirement is way over the top. They often tell me I should be eating 4000+ cals a day. As a 47 year old woman, even if I'm active, that's crazy. I finally found that if I entered myself as Bedbound and then entered my daily activities, I got something like a reasonable figure.

Hmmm, maybe what I could do is add in all the individual ingrediants separatly and then get the totals from them and create a custom meal from that.
Would save a bit of time anyway...
    Cheers for the feedback.
