vanilla, ya the easiest why is just to try it out i suppose. Was just wondering, i wouldn't be that knowledge on the subject so just worried that something like orange juice mite be a bad choice as the citrus content mite damage the benefits of the protein when they're mixed together.

I mixed vanilla with it before, was nice. However, there's a lot of sugar in orange juice.

Just one question, why? Honestly not being smart, but does it help? Post-workout maybe? Otherwise surely water would be the best option.

Fair enough, let us know how it goes. There's quite a bit of sugar in OJ though.

I didn't like it with OJ (and I do like OJ), went well with pineapple juice I thought. That was unflavoured whey, stuck in a blender with ice cubes, cold shakes make a huge difference to me.

OJ is around 11% sugar, so I only had it PWO really.

OJ is very high in sugar. But that doesn't mean it is good PWO.

    Taken from the following article:

    http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/windowofopportunity.php

"You also want to stay far away from any fat and fructose sources post-workout. Fructose will not replenish muscle glycogen but rather will replenish liver glycogen. Fat severely delays digestion because it metabolically requires so many more processes to break down."
