Well the weight loss was ongoing before I started to use it but I really started to notice the fat loss after I started to use it, clothes were loser etc.

I don't find it supresses my appetite, more like bridges a gap, I go to the gym after work and before dinner so the SP is very handy to take when I don't have time to get protein in whole food form into me.

    why the rolleyes?

    Are you female?

That stuff is formulated especially for women. g'em was talking about it a while ago. Think the soy boosts oestrogen.

Have you noticed any recent fascination with shoe shopping ;)

Glad to hear the results you've had with slender pro, I've just begun taking it this week. How would you reccomend to take it? I know the label says twice a day, but I have been told to only take it after I train. Due to my college schedual (especislly now that its exam term) I only get the opportunity to train about 3-4 days a week with a mixture of 'spinning' and 'weights + cardio'. My aims are to decrease body fat and obtain muscle definition. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Just taking it after training is fien - Slender Pro doesn't have any magic ingredients in it, it's just a protein shake like the ones guys drink. After training is one time when your body needs a good supply of protein to help repair the muscle tissue you've broken down, and a drinking it in liquid form means it gets digested super-fast.

the alternative way to take SP is as a mid-meal snack. As well as being vital to keep your muscles strong, protein acts as a great natural appetite suppressant, and keeps your metabolism in tip-top shake.

Drinking Slender Pro either as a mid-meal snack or as a post-training shake is fine.

Thanks for the advice g'em. Are both ways equally as beneficial or is one way better than the other for my goals?

I know there is no magic formula (unfortunately :() or else we'd all be looking like jessica alba or the female version of dorian yates (depending on what your goals are), but I'd like to get the most out of all of the effort i'm putting in, so I want to make sure I'm doing what'll be of most benefit for me.

Thats what I wonder too. I always hear you should have protein ASAP after a weights workout, well if you drink it 10-20mins before the end then it is definitely in your system and readily available. People in other threads have spoke of only being able to process so much protein per hour. But if you eat chicken etc it might not be digested for several hours.

Scuba- I take protein and do find it acts like an appetite suppressant, or some would say it fills a gap more, so in effect does the same job. Many would recommend protein with each meal, which some find hard. I put a spoon in with oats and cold milk for breakfast. I also put in 4-5 crushed pecans and dessicated coconut now. I have been reading good things about coconuts, and it tastes lovely.

Personally i find if i take protein shake post workout means i am not nearly as sore as if i eat asap after wards. Mind you its not nearly as tasty as RAM (which really isnt in line with my goals at the moment) it does work really well with combating the DOMS.
