    Nope.

    Not saying that vibrations won't make your body do anything (more like 'next to nothing'), but putting the whole rig on your back and running around the garden with it would do more. If this vibration stuff was worth anything then riding around on my old motorbike would've made me ripped as hell.

    On a scale of 'Burpees = 10' (just picked burpees 'cos you can do them indoors, at home & without much space) and 'standing on your washing machine with a soccer ball in it & putting it to fast-rinse = 1', this is about a '0'.

    IMO it looks like the most dudley piece of equipment ever to dud. If you buy it will end up in the back of your wardrobe with your unicycle, CB radio, FX rollerblades and collection of pogs.

    Plus there is a concern that high speed vibrations may raise stress levels and blood pressure etc. Generally not good for humans.
