I'm looking to get a book on the theory and practice of weightlifting, i.e. the physiology of weight training, along with a strong how-to aspect.

I know Starting Strength and Practical Programming come recommended - are there any other books out there you guys recommend? I know Starting Strength goes into huge depth on the major lifts - is there a fair bit of exercise science in there too?

Gonna have a look in Eason's later too.
