****hole of a ground, **** performance. Gifted limerick both goals. I have seen better halting sites than that excuse for a ground.

Aye, gifted two of the softest goals you will ever see. Simple ball through the middle for the first.

No chance mate, Cork will win this game. Cobh were exposed for the ordinary outfit they were last week by the Drogs. They didn't strenghten their squad in the close season and they're going straight back down. Cork to win.
Or Cork will play out a 0-0 draw and make a mockery of Pigheads words. 0-0 in the end. Hate getting stuff wrong like this. Its such a yukky feeling. Thankfully it doesn't happen too often.

For all Cork's possession play tonight, Cobh carried the greater threat and I don't think many would have argued too much if Cobh had got a winner.

Its just not clicking for us at the moment. The delivery into dangerous areas is awful. I would say there was probably 1 decent cross put in all night and that was from our right back neal Horgan. Kearney is a great little player but his end product is too often disappointing. George playing on the right is a total waste. He was very good again tonight but he would be much more effective when he is getting on the ball and able to make a pass.

Overall it was a desperate match that for most of I was on my tip-toes trying to watch it. Do these matches ever live up to the hype?

Jackamn Park is a kip alright, going down that lane to the ground with pikies looking for a fight on either side or you. Then get into the stadium and you're escorted away from the covered terrace to an open terrace on the fair side.

How they got a license I'll never know.

My good God, we were utterly rudderless last night. Hardly any shots on goal again, George wasted on the right again, long ball again, awful tactics again.

Our title challenge is over and I dare say, so is any ideas we have of top 3.

On the upside, the atmosphere was immense. Great day out. Well, it would have been had it not been for the game.

stupid cork city. totally clueless in front of goal last night. ramblers deserved all three points on the balance of play, were it not for an absolute top drawer save from Mick Devine from a Conor Meade shot in injury time Rams would have won, and I dont think any city fan would have complained.

UCD on friday, which has draw written all over it.

MNS wesbite gets better and better, club by club guides and you watch the epic 9 man pats beat bohs away with the goal of the season on the bohs page :p

    1 St Patrick's Athletic 4 4 0 0 8 / 1 12
    2 Shamrock Rovers 4 3 1 0 6 / 1 10
    3 Derry City 4 3 1 0 8 / 4 10

3 unbeaten we play Derry next twice , big game for us in both as we have to win. Rovers then in a few weeks ....good times.

You're looking at that completely the wrong way around. Its - It took a wonderstrike for Pats to beat 10 man Bohs.

Why did that pic remind you of that?

Does your team also have a big two up front?
