Training for a 10K

    Hope this is the right forum for this...I want to get training for a 10K taking place on 17 May (Calcutta Run).

    I have done a few 10K's and one half marathon before, but never really trained properly. This time I want to beat my Personal Best (1 hr 10 - which I know is slow) and get under an hour. Am I leaving it too late if I'm starting from now? Can anyone recommend a decent routine or site to get me started?
