Memory lost?

My phone seems to have lost all my pictures, videos, ringtones, memory. I have turned phone off and on again but still not back. Has this happened to anyone else? Can it be fixed? The phone is 1 year old and was quite expensive when I bought it. I hadnt let it fall so do not know why this has happened... :confused:

Would help to know the model as it may be a common fault to a particular model or os.

were the pics etc on your memory card or internal memory

if they were on a memory card take the memory card out and blow into the interior and put the memory card back in and have a look for the pics
