I have to paint a 33ft boat...Does anyone know what type of paint i would use and also if i would need to paint a base in white first?

There are so many questions to be answered before anyone could start to answer you. You need to describe the boat - what material it's made of etc. If you don't prepare it properly, the paint will fall off in no time. You may have to do it indoors.
Are you hand painting, spraying etc ? Antifouling ?
