    Hey all.

    Quick question - can someone please recommend a good BCAA, and also a good EAA supplement? Please post it ASAP if possible, as I'll be ordering today! :)

    Thanks!

    BCAA = any reasonably priced one
    EAA = food

    I'm not being funny with those answers but varying BCAA ratios are a technicality which don't warrant the high prices some companies charged for them.

    And unless you're eating so little food that you simply can't fulfil your daily protein needs there's no need for an EAA - eat an extra egg a day.

    Ah sweet... well I'll be eating three eggs a day so that should cover my EAA's then so!

    Thanks g'em! :)

    Degsy's right, good nutrition and sleep are your best bet for Test production but a lot of people find that ZMA deepens/ lengthens their sleep so if getting a solid night of zzz's in is a problem, knocking back some ZMA in the evening could help.
