    As far as I know they're good. They have good fats and a good amount of protein, I think.

    Though don't eat too much, there's like 1000kcals in 200 grams! I'd say 20 - 40 grams a day is a good snack!

    Nuts are not bad for you they are packed full of valuable nutrients and they taste great, too!. I find 10 almonds is a reasonable daily limit some people suggest 24. Whatever you decide as long as you don't eat 100 there's nothing to worry about. :)
