Beginner's Classes

    Hi all,

I just thought I'd give you all a heads up about 2 classes I'm running in the next few weeks. Since everyone is on a beach body buzz around here I thought some of you might be interested in some alternative forms of intense exercise!

There is a 5 week BJJ beginner class starting next Monday 31st and running for 5 weeks at 6 pm each day. This is great for fitness, self defense and sport and everyone who does the 5 weeks has the opportunity to go on into our regular classes, or just use the 5 weeks as a stand-alone course.

There is also a beginners striking class running for 2 hours on 2 saturdays- on March 29th (this coming Saturday) and April 5th. If you want to burn fat, try hitting pads for an hour! Once again, anyone who does this can go on into our regular classes or just enjoy the two sessions.

I've attached the two flyers for the classes. If you've any questions you can give me a ring on 085-8320174, pm me or mail komartialarts[at]gmail.com

edit* sorry about the low quality of the flyers but had to reduce the qaulity to post them!

Howdy just a quick reply to a few pms I got since it's easier to reply once here rather than there and in case anyone else is asking the same thing.

The classes are for total beginners, but also anyone who has experience in another martial art who wants to try things the way we do it.

The €25 for the striking (kickboxing) course covers both Saturdays.

Anyone can do both courses, there's no minimum level of fitness required as you'll be allowed to go at your own pace.

    *bump*

Just thought I'd bump this to the top as the courses are starting on Saturday and Monday.

    Still some spaces left.

Just to let everyone know that the Beginners BJJ class will be running from 7pm tomorrow, not 6pm as on the poster. This might be a bit more convenient for those with work commitments.

Still some space left, hope to see you there!
