Im trying to find out any information about the above boats which were reportedly built in Cork? or at least some of which where.

    realy I'd like to know
who actualy built them - was it killian bushes Dad george?

what is the difference between the two?
what then is a silver shamrock?

where they built in different sizes or only in 30' say maybe 32 foot as well?
during what years where they built?

any information of help with information would be much aprieciated

As far as I know Ron Holland was the designer. Killian Bushe and his father built some of them. Killian might talk to you - he was certainly around at the time, in the mid 70s.

Good Racing boat. Theres one in Galway Bay Sailing Club that survived the 1979 Fastnet race. There was a Golden Shamrock "Golden Silence" in the docks in Galway last winter. Looked like it was abandoned. Give the harbour master a shout,(he sails too) maybe its still there.
