Arm Injury

    Hey guys i injured my arm badly at the weekend stupidly giving arm wrestles when drunk. The muscle is very sore at the joint in the middle of the arm where it bends i.e the opposite side of the elbow
    I tried to do weights last night and nearly dropped the weight on myself cos of the pain. My question is how long do you think i should lay off the weights before going back to them. I whas thinking 2 weeks cos i really don't wanna injure myself any more.
