Some grenade throws are definitely random, however, if I know that some guy repeatedly returns to the same camping spot in a game I'll chuck a grenade in on the off-chance that he's there.

Also, I heard some guy complaining that he'd been hit by a random grenade throw on Wet Work, when in fact I'd seen him run behind a container, mapped his likely trajectory and chucked a cooked grenade at the spot where I thought he'd be. I was right I do that quite a lot.

Martyrdom I hadn't used in ages but I'm trying to complete all the challenges so am back to using it to tick off that box Also martyrdom only kills you if you've boxed yourself into a situation where you can't get away or you're foolish enough to run towards someone you've dropped...listen out for that tell-tale 'dropped 'nade' sound

Just go on a 40-man TDM server with 15/20 minutes per map, if you're decent you'll get well over a thousand per map no problem.
