Virus,spyware problem.

    Hi all ,just looking for some advice please.

    Recently ive noticed web pages loading slower and the little vista circle cursor spinning for some time after a page loads.
    AVG scan came up with some trojan horse 10.AEC,trojan horse Generic.Q or similar.
    I clicked on heal ,should that have sorted it?
    Spybot came up with a few red alerts but when i clikc fix selected problems nothing happens.
    Adaware comes up with no threats as does avg anto spyware.
    I can still game away with no lag or slowdown but i wonder what i should do.
    All mentioned toold are fully up to date.
    Should i reinstall the operating system?
