Weighted Wellies

Now before you start laughing.... Get a pair of wellies, stick some weight in them, hang from a bar and do chins, and/or leg raises, much easier than trying to hold a barbell between your feet. I could get a 1.25, and a 2.5kg plate in each. You could probably get a bar in there, or some smaller plates too.

Yes I have my bar at home, not in a gym!

OK now you can start laughing...:pac:

.....or just put some plates in a backpack and put it on your back.

I used to use a backpack, it is fine at low weights, it gets in the way once you have any reasonable weight on you, i.e. the straps are over your shoulders which are working, and the pack can slide up and down which is distracting. I use a proper dip belt for extra weight now.

This idea is really just for leg raises though. The advantage for chins is that you have more control over your centre of gravity, which can help work certain muscles more than others.
