I was originally using those settings but still no luck? I can send but no luck receiving

I've tried all the settings that have been given for Meteor, I can't even get my 'M' to turn green. What am I doing wrong? has it something to do with upgrading the phone to the newest firmware? It's wrecking my head. Always used MMS messaging with my other phones.

Ok, I finally got MMS working on my iphone :D (non 3G). The following settings WILL work with PAYG on O2:

    MMSC: http://mmsc.mms.o2.ie:8002
    Proxy: 062.040.032.040:8080
    APN: wap.dol.ie
    Username: user
    Password: user123
    Image size: Medium

I’ve been using these settings for several days now and sending/receiving MMS without any hassles. Hope it helps,

    Cheers,
    sombaht

MMS was release with Verison 3 of the software (I think)

You may have to upgrade or install 3rd party app like SwirlyMMS

The following guide worked for me to get MMS working on my Iphone 2G:

    http://warrantyvoidifremoved.blogspot.com/2010/05/getting-meteor-mms-data-and-bluetooth.html

It also allowed me to use bluetooth tethering and data too. Hope that helps.
