anyone else get this,you go to bed early and you are wrecked the next morning but if you go to bed really late and up early you are fine.

Been like that myself a few times, go to bed dead early and still knackered the next morning. As for the pain thing, even with a sort sleep can be totally killed in the neck and back.

'Tis all about routine guys You might think going to bed a few hours earlier will be great (if you're a late nighter), but, really it isnt, because that clock in yer head gets screwed up, doesnt know whats going on :P. Your mind or whatever develops a pattern (that you might not be aware of :P) but you'll have a general time that you go to bed and a general time that you get up, once you get set in that pattern any deviation will result in a sore neck :pac:
