Where could I get premade protein shakes?

    Hi

    I know i'd save loads buyin a giant tub of powder, but i just dont have the time

    So for now, I get my shakes from the cafe in my gym, but i want a few to have at home

    So, does anyone know where I'd get them?

    take home the bottles from the cafe then buy a large tub.

    put the scoops of powder in the bottles. have a few ready to go then when you want a shake just put the milk into the bottle and shake and go.

    you you spend a fortune on the premade ones.
