Yoga DVD advice

Can anyone recommend a good yoga instructional DVD? Something pretty basic as I've never done yoga before but I would like to give it a try. All that stretching looks great for flexibility and toning.

I also walk quite a bit and don't stretch and I know I need to. I walk in and out of work which is about an hour, twice a day but I went for a two hour one on Saturday and felt pretty stiff after it.

So I was hoping to incorporate yoga into my routine to get the benefits of stretching before walking and also because it looks like an effective way to de-stress. I want to get a DVD because then I can decide when I want to do it and not be bound by a class timetable. Does anyone have any recomendations? Any help at all I would really appreciate. :-) Thanks.

Anything by Barbara Curry is good. She has a lot of experience and is easy to understand.
