Well this morning on one of my last games of the season I'm after tearing my hammy. Havnt had it properly looked at yet (hopefully tomorrow night), so I dont know how badly, but from previous experience doing the same thing before, I know its exactly what Ive done.

Basically Im lookinf for some suggestions for some good cardio workouts for a while till i can go back and start putting a bit of work in again. Ive tried things like bag work before but found it still affects the old hammy. Any ideas really welcomed.

Just on that, when i did it last time (18 months ago) i was really advised AGAINST swiming which i thought was very strange, any ideas on that?

I can't see why you couldn't do swimming with a hamstring injury, but maybe your physio knows something I don't.

There was a good post a couple of days ago on Hamstring injuries:

    Cheers, good link.

Yea I was quite suprised aswel, but the physio has a good reputation and Is used by a lot of the local clubs at a high level aswel as a quite a highly rated rugby team so I took her advice.
