Haven't really thought about it but i don't think Gerrard has performed well enough this season to earn a place. Also a little surprised with Mellberg in there.

I'll have to think about it and come up with mine.

Have to agree, i went with Brown as he has been a permanent fixture in Uniteds defence this year, and they have the best defence in the league so thats why he's there.

Maybe the bench could be but tbh ive gone with the most effective players this season in their respective positions. Also "Team of the Season" doesnt mean u pick an 11 that compliment each other, u pick based on who has played best in that position during the season.

sorry, i was being sarcastic. It's actually a little too attacking for my liking. A little light in midfield. Certainly goals in the team though.

Also, anyone thats left out Torres needs their head examined. First or second name on team sheet, with Ronaldo the other.

United had a midfield of Ronaldo - Carrick - Scholes - Giggs last year and it worked fine in the league.


i know what you're saying and if that was a problem id put Flamini in instead of Bentley

Carrick sits deep though, and Scholes has tended towards this as his career has advanced also.

Anyway, it's pointless arguing over potential weaknesses in the team. They are all good players and it's unlikely they'll ever play together.

Very few Chelsea players in peoples teams..

Fabregas was fantastic at the start of the year, and has just been his same old self the rest. The difference? He was scoring goals at the start. People forget though, midfielders like that score spats of goals, not gona be scoring non-stop all year
