HTPC case with large display for MCE/Music info - 10 feet away

Hi,

More of a possible future plan but where would I find a case that will run MCE and have the display visible from approx 10 feet.

This in particular would be useful for listening to music when selecting and displayed album/track info -without requiring the TV to be on.

I know the Zalman HD160+ has a display but it's a touchscreen and I believe designed to be used surprise,surprise within touching distance. Maybe I'm wrong and it's the answer!

Even a basic display that showed in large font the current file being displayed would be useful.

Any thoughts folks?

Am only throwing this topic out there as it's very pricey at the moment!

But thought it just shows what would be sent to the TV and hence fonts would too small? I would only need such a screen when listening to music.

What you linked would be the same size screen, but thank you.

I wonder is there any software app that would send specific data to the screen rather than just the whole screen.

as I said just dreaming right now but very nice. Some day soon harmony will do sideshow and bluetooth and when they do I'm there of course after all the 'early adopters'.

I need to do some reading but can VFD screens do the high level function same as the higher res LCD screens i.e. be used for selecting your choice or do they only display the selected choice? I am specifically taking about browsing and playing music via MCE.
