    I remember you from TI!

You should try and have a high amount of protein in your diet anyway. Read the stickys, everything you need to know diet wise is there man.

I think you'd probably be better off with longer cycles, but either way I think you should cycle near as fast as you can for a minute, then slow down for a minute and repeat this...

And your abs won't show unless you lower you body fat per cent to around 8 or 9% or something.

A "toned" look in a combination of decreased body fat, and increased muscle mass. To get this does not necessarily mean you need to lose weight, you need to lose fat and add muscle. Your weight could remain constant when doing this, so tracking weight alone is a bad idea. I have been the same weight for a very long time, yet slimming all the time.

I wouldn't do any myself. I would do Pushups and bodysquats if I wanted an everyday exercise. But you need to be lifting heavy weights to build muscle, all I do these days are deadlifts, squats, dips, chinups, pullups, standing military press, various pushup variations, leg raises on a chinning bar for abs.

For muscle growth it is usually recommended to stick to 8-12reps for 2-3 sets. check out www.exrx.net

You're 18, are you doing a sport of any kind if you don't mind me asking?
