She's not lying. The snow is piling down here in Sligo. Driving is very iffy.

Temp on the up here too, 2.1C now, DP 0.4C. It's been sunny with snow blowing around in the wind for the last hour or so but it's starting to cloud over now though.

Hailstones from a very black sky in Cork harbour right now. Was sunny just a few minutes ago.

Just had a brief heavy rain shower here. Otherwise it's been a balmy 9C here for the past while with sunshine. Temp has dropped back to 8.5 now.

Temps hovering between 7 and 9c all afternoon. A quite, partly sunny day with the odd heavy shower. Definate signs of convection in them showers today. Very drenching.

Pressure is 1036.0 mb. Didn't expect it to be that high today.

Yep got two showers one of which was heavy enough.A little bit milder than yesterday over land help them showers to build up.

Isn't it gas how they build up even in a stable 1030+ mb environment.
You could see hail sprays from them up high that wasnt reaching the ground.
