no bench

    i bought some weights a few weeks back and had planned on buying a bench but i think im going to be stuck for space to put a bench in my room.what im wondering is could anyone here tell me what type exercises i can do without the bench or of any alternatives to a bench.any advice wud be really appreciated.

    And ya can do Barbell Rows, Deadlifts, Military Press, Tricep Extensions, Bicep Curls, Stiff Legged Deadlifts and loads more that I can't think of!

    You could buy a fold up bench.

    I have one, got it in Argos. Take up very little room when folded.

    yeah i was thinking of this but ill be moving into my new house in about 6/8 months and i will have plenty of room so i will be buying a bench then.it just in the mean time that i wondering what i can do.

    You could give floor presses a go.

    I used them instead of benching before I could join an actual gym last summer and they were an alright sub!

    Inclined pushups & Dips. You can do dips on chairs, or find a railing that is joined at 90degrees. I have one on my stairs, there are also a few around my area outside.
