Yeah she was the wife in the Shining. I didn't put up any photos as she always looks like a fruitcake in any stills from that movie. You're mate don't look like her per-say (you're mate is better looking), I just immediately thought of her when I saw the pic you posted. I think it's the hair and face shape, and yes, possibly the eye make-up.
