Anyone ever made up an Ice Bath at home? If so how much ice did you put in and was it effective?

    Thanks

Yes, I bought a plastic bin in Tesco ( roughly 3 foot high, 2 foot wide, cost about a tenner).
You can fill it 3/4 full with cold water and then empty in a large bag of ice cubes ( can be got in a supermarket for cheap ). Leave for 10-15 mins and sit down in it. There is probably a better way of doing it but as a diy method, it does the trick and feels as cold to me as any other ice bath I have done.
