Beginners gym programme?

    Hi lads can anyone recommend a basic gym programme where by i just want to work on chest,arms and calf muscles and how much i should be doing and which exercises? (the whole gym thing is new to me)
    I asked in the gym but he just took off and attended tosomeone elses needs,i just started monday and guna do mon,wed and fri i think thats enough eh...
