You mean pull up stations etc?

I heard there's one in Malahide Castle

Yeah exactly so you can do a sort of circuit.

Shame that's the only one I can find as well...they're great fun on a nice day.

I have some stuff I do in the park from time to time taconnol I could send you on. You need a bit of equipment but it's a nice change from the norm and a bit of craic to get the lads outdoors. Let me know if you want it.

Malahide has one alright. Easily accessible by car or you can hop on the DART and the park is 30 secs jog from the station.

Yes how many stations? is it dips, chins etc? nets or things?

I go down around killiney beach a bit. There are places there to do dips, chins, pullups etc. I see lads on whiterock running a lot, there are ropes to climb up a wall etc, to get to other parts of the coast, and you have to climb rocks etc to get to certain parts, millions of steps too and big inclined roads/paths.

Haven't ever used them as I am usually flying past at 4 min mile pace :D but there are dips, chins but don't think there are nets but there could be a horizontal ladder type thing (whatever you call it), a raised log for balance type thing (whatever you call it). Will take more notice next time I'm out for a gallop. What I do know for certain its a lovely running route through the forest.

    The park in cabinteely.

I use them fairly regularly. Chins, dips, hops, overhead ladder etc and plenty of tough hills for sprints

I was in cabinteely, was pretty good. The bars are a sort of plastic and a bit flexible. The chin place had 3 heights, the parallel bars were good. Had a pushup station, 2 bars off the ground, but no place to do inclines stuff. The monkey bars were good, they were all metal. The ends they had these curves so you could vary your hand position in many ways

I would have preferred them to be a little more off the beaten track (i.e. out of direct view of casual walkers), but still great, should be more of these all around the country.
