stomach bloating

If someone has a stomach that is not only fat but feels kinda bloated and swollen is that something that exercise and nutrition will remedy or is medical help needed

It could be sub-visceral fat as opposed to sub-cutaneous.

since when has swearing been no allowed, sure I fu€king curse all the time.

anyway go to a doctor it maybe something as simple as your diet causing it but then again it might not

when you mention bloating can you explain? Is your stomach permanently bloated? Certain times of the day? After meals? After certain foods?

bloated all the time i think i have a condition called candida of the gut

then go to a doctor and confirm if this is the case. This isn't a medical forum and as you think you have a medical condition I don't think trying to get the advise of random people of the internet will do you much good, So go get a proper diagnosis
