    hey

    im 20 and go 2 the gym about 4 times a week,i do a mixture of cardio and weight lifting,i eat healthy and have recently cut down on the booze

    my problem is that i still have some excess fat around my tummy and bum area which i want to get rid of.

    my muscles have got stronger but i have not got the results i want.its too slow.

    im wondering of goin on a creatine of sumsort but im scared that i might pick the wrong supplement and put on more weight(fat)

    can anyone out there recommend a supplement for losing weight and building muscle????iv looked on the internet at some but a lot sound too good to be true!
