You might as well just buy powdered egg protein, or whey protein at that for what you're getting.

Egg yolks are pretty nutritious yokes Just eat them whole...

Jon (have a look at his sig) sells the liquid egg white AFAIK. Expensive for what you get IMO. Any reason you wouldn't just use whey if you want protein?

I like to mix egg whites with my porridge. I just get a bit browned off sometimes with having to separate.

I LOVE eggs, but the thought of buying a carton of already seperated egg whites makes me feel like puking!!!! Bleurgh!
