Is this a decent exercise bike?

    Magnetic so it should be quieter. I would recommend argos since you can return it within 16 days. Seems a good bit off it too. I would always recommend a proper bike over one of them, but a decent bike is €400+

    If your goal is fat loss I would sooner get this set.

    Thanks for the reply. It's mainly basic fitness I'm after rather than weight loss.

    When you say proper bike do you mean a road bike or just a better exercise bike?

    I know there are probably much better ones around but for €85 it seems worth a try.

    I meant a road bike, but as you say you are inside a lot. I would still recommend resistance training along with the cardio, both are good for general fitness. Even a chinning bar is only €11 or so in argos, do some pushups and bodysquats too.

    It is cheap enough to be worth a try, and like I said, you always have 16days to return it.
