Indeed, a very, very welcome to our new Mod smashey - while he may not be the most... um... obvious choice for the Fitness forum we felt that an outside observer would help maintain the supportive community that the board and posters on it have worked hard to create.

I'm away for two weeks from this Saturday so smashey will be on hand to provide cover and beyond.

Thanks for coming on board big man (and when I say big, you guys have no idea... five minutes talking to him and you'll need to see an osteopath to fix the crick in your neck ). Play nice with him now!!
