my breakfast smoothie

    I'm mad into smoothies lately.
    I've concocted my own breakfast smoothie which contains the following

    2 tablespoons of tofu
    100 ml organic milk
    handful of blue berries
    1 pot of Danone activia yogurt
    handful of alphafa sprouts

    whizz this altogether then top with sunflower & pumpkin seeds.
    Eat with spoon!

    I've found for the first time in ages, i'm not starving by 11 am!
    I've been eating it now for 2 weeks and i hope to keep it up.

    Great thing about it: it tastes yummy!
