hi im not really on boards much but just had a question and thought some of you knowledgeable fitness people might be able to help.?

have any of you tried the pump it up classes in ymca and if so are they anygood??
was hoping to maybe try do some twice a week and then have a swim at some stage in the week as well?
i dont usually exercise much except for the odd swim and think i would hate the gym so do ye reckon these would be any good to help me to tone up a bit, i dont particularly need to lose weight or anything but rather get rid of the soft bits!!! and get a bit healthier!!!

    thanks for your help!!!

Am I the only one who gets a mental image of the village people whenever I see ymca? Add that to a class called Pump It Up and you get ultra camp!

What exactly does pump it up entail?
