    it was cancelled once or twice but they said they'd run it some, would love to go to it sometime, i was at the first one in the late 80's i think.

    Cullenstown is a close enough answer

    tis not the Cullens tho:) they live at the other end of the village, in fairness tho I threw that in there to see if I could rustle up another local, and then cajole them into takin some photos for me ;)

    The channel changes down there quite a lot. Was it blocked at the northern end or was it open again?

    This was how it looked two years ago

    If you took that photo on Monday it looks quite high for a neap, I guess the southerlies pushed the tide up.
