Arch supports online

    Anyone know where I can get some arch supports online? I think I have a fallen arch in my right foot. And now I have shin splints - I think it's all part of the same problem -- hoping. Anyway, if this doesn't work it'll be off to the physio, but I want to give this a try first.

    Go and get a proper pair fitted, get a biomechanical examination and find out exactly what's wrong. a custom pair of orthotics will be moulded to fit your foot.


    Bes thing I've done. Do go and get seen to, i thought i just had fallen arches but as it turns out i have a Femoral Torsion.

    My shin splints have pretty much gone since getting my pair as have foot pains, i've had mine a year now.

    If you're in dublin, gimme a pm if you and i'll give you the contact details for my guy!
