I used their own UK postcode W4 5QB, I tried Belfast codes, Dublin codes etc, only the UK one worked

I used BT1 1AA (Belfast sorting office) and it went through fine.

Just an FYI, I've set up a Boards.ie Competition Group on facebook which now has a few members. If you have a designated comping facebook account or want to use your ordinary account, PM me and I can send you the address of the group.
I think to be in-keeping with this thread, we shouldn't use it for asking for votes off other members of the group. If you are friends with them on facebook then you can always ask them personally, just don't expect too much as they'll have probably entered themselves

Can we keep using this forum for non facebook comps, I can't enter any twitter or facebook comps but it's great to give the other ones a go. I can never post comps cos i'm always too late and i have very limited access to the web but thanks to everyone who shares Never won but good to be in with a chance!

Oh certainly! I even suggest between us we post the Facebook, twitter etc. comps here too. I don't want to detract from this group and it's members. The Facebook group will only serve to help each other find Facebook based comps, as well as other compers from here rather than wondering if someone is another members friend, or comping buddy.
Don't worry, this thread will not lose out and may even benefit from new member pulled in by the group by members with friends who haven't read here yet.

Thanks! I was just saying that I might do up a couple of pointers I've found useful lately for finding competitions and see if any one else would like to contribute.
