Its 4 weeks on saturday, someone told me that week 3 would be hard, i thought nooo!! But I have had some bad cravings and strange thoughts this week, i could have killed for a fag a few times today, whats going on???????? Is week three bad for everyone? or just me, Lance...

I am only a week off and finding it more difficult the more I get into it...Mad cravings as well reminds me of the Fr Ted episode where Ted gave up the smokes and was hallucinating "Lovely Fags".... I try not to even look at people smoking as they look so happy and contented..The one think that keeps me away is thinking of all the negative things like cancer etc....
