Uk sizes are the same as here. Haven't got a piar myself but a lot of people I know do and they love them. Gonna be my next pair when I've got soem money to spare

thanks guys. is it true that Nike sizes are a little smaller (1 size) than most other runners ?

I use them for lifting. Nice flat base, although the material at the heel tore on both of them.

i use the 7.0s - very comfortable - picked them up in the US so they were a pretty good deal
