    Hey all ,
    Just a note , I treid doin the mornings instead of evenings , dunno if its cause Im working harder but Ive lost 3.5kg in two weeks , two mornings cardio , two mornings lifting. I was dreading getting up early etc but its actually working ourt better for me... anyway cant remeber who suggested trying the mornings but thanks

    Are you doing it on an empty stomach? There are some theories as to why fasted exercise can lead to more fat loss.

    I enjoy a quick morning workout, wakes me up well.

    Nah Im having a breakfast , bowl of cereal and a banana... need the fuel for the lifting, I dont think I could do it without havin that half hour to feel normal if ya get me:D
