The handheld device is held onto the skin and the rest is magic, or it seems. P.L.E.A.S.E. works by creating aqueous micropore in the epidermis to deliver the high molecular weight medication. Its future uses include pain control, diabetes management and in vitro fertilization. I don't mind needles, but for some that I know, especially the kiddos, this could be a lifesaver
