    ministry of sound one called pump it up!!!!they do a male and female workout wiht the girls and guys from the call on me video and its intense!!!!

    No WHIP IT! fvck off she's fantastic. If she was standing in front of me now, all it would take would be the vibrations of the zip on my fly. Weird nose or not.

    Anyway, to any potential video purchasers, I would by Kirsty's vid. She's got a wee bit o'muscle, and seems to actually be fit instead of skinny.

    Seriously though, I thought there would be some non-celebrity dvds out their that might be better, not just workout stuff but diet etc all in there, you can cram a lot on a dvd.

    Out of all the toning ones I've tried, those are my favourites. Tracy Mallett does some good ones too.
