    Hi guys,

    I am looking to get something to take post workouts, I am training in a circuit style, with some high intensity weight/bodyweight and various cardio sessions....

    I also will be starting triathlon stuff soon, for a few in the summer,

    The goals are to have a supplement that will help me bulk up a little, recover, and but not put on fat, is Protein my best bet or is there something better like Ram??

    My diet is clean, porridge, lean meats, nuts etc 5 or 6 times a day mealwise
