Hi guys, i'm suffering for about two years now with what seems to be shin splints. The injury is just located on my lower right leg, anterior tibialis muscle.

I have flat feet so I got orthotics, got the necessary treatment, friction from Physio, sports massage etc. However when I put increased intensity into my sprinting or running workout my right leg flares up immediately. The muscles tighten and give up.

I was thinking of trying out Podiatry, they're specialists in foot and limb disorders.

Just want to ask, does anyone have any backround info, good bad etc.
